| "My daughter moved to australia in september so this is the first christmas we will be apart. I tried sending a parcel from the UK - what a hassle, so I went onto this site and ordered her and her husband presents. I received an email of confirmation for the order, then another telling me they had telephoned my daughter to arrange delivery but did not let on who the parcels were from!!! I then received an email telling me the parcels had been delivered. It was great I felt I was dealing with friends that valued my feelings in ensuring my daughter and her husband received their christmas gifts!!! Thank you so much for making christmas so much easier for myself and my husband we really do appreciate it and will certainly be using this site again. I cannot fault your customer service.
