When you shop online you can redeem a Gift Certificate or Promotional Voucher or use any moneys accumulated in your Gift Kitty.
Gift Certificates and Promotional Vouchers are redeemed during the checkout process:
browse Fun Gifts and add your gift choice(s) to your shopping basket
when ready Proceed to checkout
create an account with your name & address details (if not already created)
specify the delivery name & address if different from your own
continue to Payment Page
enter your certificate or voucher code then click REDEEM
observe the Payment Summary to see the balance payable
enter credit card details (if it's necessary to top up!)
GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION
When a Gift Certificate is redeemed its dollar value is added to your Gift Kitty.
The amount of money in your Gift Kitty is shown in My Account, on the Shopping Basket page and during checkout on the Payment Page.
You are encouraged to redeem a Gift Certificate as soon as you receive it (safeguards against loss). However, you don't need to spend it straight away!
You CANNOT use your Gift Kitty to purchase another Gift Certificate.
The balance in your Gift Kitty may:
be less than the value of your purchases -> make sure you fill out your credit card details to 'top up' your Gift Kitty
equal the value of your purchases -> proceed with your purchase, no credit card details are required; your Gift Kitty will return to $0
be more than the value of your purchases -> proceed with your purchase, no credit card details are required; your Gift Kitty will then show your new, reduced balance
PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER REDEMPTION
Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed with each order.
When a Promotional Voucher is redeemed the discount ONLY APPLIES:
if the promotional voucher code is current (not out-of-date)
if the shopping basket satisfies the promotional rule (eg discount only applies to shopping baskets with a value over $70)
to the non-delivery and non-Gift Certificate components of the shopping basket
