Gift Certificates are just one of our many gifts - they are purchased through our normal shopping / checkout process.
If you have money in your Gift Kitty you CANNOT purchase a Gift Certificate. The Gift Kitty money must first be spent on Non-Gift Certificate items.
A Promotional Voucher CANNOT be applied against a Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates DO NOT attract a delivery charge.
Gift Certificates have a nominal handling fee of AUD$4 included in their price to cover administrative costs.
When you have a Gift Certificate included in your shopping basket you will be prompted to supply the recipient's email address (if known) as well as their land address - this prompt occurs in the Comments Box. For delivery of a Gift Certificate we use either:
post (to deliver the gift card plus redemption code and instructions) OR
email (to send the gift message plus redemption code and instructions).
