Delivery costs are included in the quoted gift price - there are no extra charges!
Most orders are despatched within a day. This means that even at peak periods we can despatch orders with confidence that you or the gift recipient will receive it promptly.
Australia Post does not guarantee a delivery date or time, though we can track on-line the delivery progress of your order after it has left us.
FRESH FOOD
For Experiences and hampers that contain fresh products such as cheese or chocolate, we despatch on Mondays and Tuesdays only, to ensure delivery happens during the week. Fresh products are packed in specially designed ice-boxes, and kept cool with frozen gel packs.
DELIVERY SIGNATURE
All deliveries require a signature to acknowledge receipt; so we highly recommend your delivery be to a work address. If that is not possible, and if no one is available when Australia Post attempt delivery, the parcel will be "carded" to your local Post Office for you to collect at a time that suits you.
CHRISTMAS 2009 ORDERS
Christmas this year is on a Friday. This is good news if, like most of us, you leave your Christmas shopping to the absolute very last possible moment. To get the gift delivered before Christmas, please place your order by Tuesday 22nd. Yes, that means you don't have to join the sweaty hordes in packed shopping centres - buy a Fun Gifts gift online.

BUYING FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON
Each order has only one delivery address. If you have multiple gifts in your order and want to send them to different addresses, use the Comments Box during the checkout process to give us your instructions.
Note: If a gift cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address a charge for re-delivery will be forwarded to you.
