When you find a gift you would like to purchase just ADD TO BASKET.
After adding an item, you see the contents of your shopping basket. You can:
change the quantity* / remove a gift from your basket**
CONTINUE SHOPPING adding more items to your basket
When you have finished shopping Proceed to checkout where you:
set up an account or login (if a returning customer)
enter delivery details (name, address, method, gift card message)
enter payment details (including redemption codes for Gift Certificates and Promotional Vouchers)
confirm all order details and pay .... AND afterwards
receive an email confirming the order (a tax invoice)
We keep track of your order; as it proceeds through our systems we update your order's status. You can follow your order's status in My Account. For significant changes we keep you informed by email.
*Changing the quantity of a gift in your gift basket:
Simply enter the new quantity amount and then click UPDATE BASKET. Your shopping basket will refresh including the order total.
**Removing a gift from your shopping basket:
Simply change the quantity to zero (0) and click UPDATE BASKET.
