When making a purchase at Fun Gifts you are required to acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions as outlined below. If you object to any of these Terms and Conditions you must immediately discontinue use of this web site.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed, amended or varied at any time at Fun Gifts' discretion.
GIFTS & THEIR CONTENTS
- All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- All gifts listed on Fun Gifts' website are available at that particular point in time. If however some error occurs and an ordered gift cannot be shipped within 24 hours you will be informed immediately and alternatives discussed. If an arrangement cannot be made to your satisfaction, your payment will be immediately refunded.
- If an individual item in a gift box becomes unavailable, Fun Gifts reserves the right to substitute an item of similar value and quality.
- Some gifts may be displayed in their photographs with additional props - the complete contents of each gift is as listed in the associated gift description.
LIQUOR LAWS
- Fun Gifts holds a Liquor Licence No: 36085430. Any gift which includes alcohol is clearly marked with the appropriate symbol warning that this gift may only be purchased by, and delivered to, persons over the age of 18 years.
ORDERS
- Only individuals who can make legally binding contracts should proceed with purchasing from Fun Gifts.
- As we attend to your order promptly, cancellations or alterations to an order must be made by contacting us within 2 hours of making the order. Any monies received will be refunded by Fun Gifts less a 15% administration / handling fee.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery instructions provided to Fun Gifts are correct. Fun Gifts reserves the right to pass on any additional delivery costs incurred by ourselves based on inaccurate delivery information.
GIFT CARD
- Fun Gifts provides a free gift card for your personalised message. Fun Gifts accepts no responsibility for any errors which you make in entering your message into the order form.
PAYMENT
- You agree to pay all credit card charges, including any GST and delivery charges, incurred in shopping at this site.
- On occasions we may require additional confirmation of your credit card details. This is to ensure the highest level of security for all concerned. If this is the case a member of our team will contact you to confirm your payment.
DELIVERY
- Fun Gifts cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Our couriers / delivery agents make every effort to deliver as efficiently as possible, however occasionally a delay may occur. We have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL over this.
- If a gift item does not arrive at its destination as indicated in the order within a reasonable time frame, contact us so that we can explore the matter further.
- If the courier company cannot supply a proof of delivery document, Fun Gifts undertakes to dispatch a replacement gift box as soon as possible or refund all monies received for that order.
- Once the delivery has taken place, as indicated by the signing of a proof of delivery document, Fun Gifts will not accept any liability or responsibility for any lost or misplaced gift.
RETURNS
- Fun Gifts does not refund or exchange unwanted gifts
- Fun Gifts packs and dispatches its gift boxes with great care. In the event that a product is damaged, broken or spoiled in transit to the customer, the customer should, in the first instance, point out the damage to the courier. They should then notify Fun Gifts within 48 hours of receipt of the gift box. Fun Gifts will replace either the whole gift or the affected item, free of charge.
- The damaged item or gift box should be returned to Fun Gifts in its original packaging. All reasonable postal or handling costs will be reimbursed. Contact us to discuss this matter and to obtain our product return mailing address.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
- Purchasing Gift Certificates
- gift certificates cannot be purchased with Gift Kitty money or Promotional Vouchers
- gift certificates will be sent via email within one business day of purchase
- gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue
- Redeeming Gift Certificates
- gift certificates are not transferable or redeemable for cash
- gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months from date of issue
- gift certificates can only be redeemed online at FunGifts.com.au
- gift certificates cannot be used to buy other gift certificates
- the value of a gift certificate can be 'topped up' using a credit card
- any balance of a gift certificate is credited and can be used at a later date
- gift certificates cannot be redeemed and used retrospectively - they must be redeemed before shopping is finalised
PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
- Redeeming Promotional Vouchers
- promotional vouchers can only be redeemed one voucher per order
- promotional vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash equivalent value
- promotional vouchers can only be redeemed online at FunGifts.com.au
- promotional vouchers must be redeemed by the date shown on the voucher
- promotional vouchers can only be redeemed if the shopping basket satisfies the rules of the promotion (eg total value of shopping basket must exceed $60)
- promotional vouchers apply to non-gift certificate and non-delivery components of the shopping basket
- promotional vouchers cannot be used on bulk corporate orders
- promotional vouchers cannot be redeemed and used retrospectively - they must be redeemed before shopping is finalised
